Job Summary
The Internal Brand Manager for Chartwells Higher Education is responsible for leading the strategy, innovation, standards, and execution of internal retail brands across the portfolio, with a strong focus on the college and university segment. This role will drive brand relevance and performance through forward-thinking innovation, disciplined operational execution, and effective sell-through strategies.
The Internal Brand Manager must be deeply attuned to evolving student preferences, campus trends, and cultural shifts to continuously refresh and elevate the brand experience. This individual will play a critical role in developing concepts and programs that keep students engaged, drive loyalty, and position internal brands as compelling, competitive choices within the campus retail environment.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in brand management, retail, foodservice, or concept development
• Experience in the college/university or campus retail environment strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of consumer trends, particularly Gen Z behaviors and preferences
• Proven ability to translate ideas into operationally executable programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
