Job Summary:

The Learning Program Manager plays a critical role in shaping and delivering impactful, modern learning experiences across the organization. This role is designed for an experienced learning professional who leads through influence, curiosity, and execution.

You will facilitate high-impact instructor-led learning, champion AI and automation in learning, manage the full lifecycle of learning offerings, and transform data into compelling stories that demonstrate impact. This role is ideal for a confident, naturally influential leader who makes the team shine through strong thinking, communication, and innovation.

Responisibilities:

Facilitation & Learning Delivery

  • Manage, lead, and facilitate engaging, high-impact instructor-led training sessions and workshops for diverse associate audiences.
  • Adapt facilitation techniques to meet varying learning needs, experience levels, and business contexts.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from learners and stakeholders to continuously improve learning experiences.

AI & Automation Advocacy

  • Actively champion AI and automation as tools to enhance learning effectiveness, efficiency, and personalization.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, translating them into practical, value-driven learning applications that drive transformation and accelerated outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and AI integration in training and knowledge management.

Course Catalog & Program Management

  • Own and maintain the Digital Learning course catalog, ensuring all offerings are current, relevant, and aligned to business priorities.
  • Conduct routine course audits to assess quality, accuracy, learner experience, and ongoing value.
  • Manage updates, retirements, and enhancements across the course lifecycle with a continuous improvement mindset.

Content Writing & Knowledge Development

  • Serve as a content writer for Digital Learning, producing clear, engaging, and audience-focused learning and knowledge materials.
  • Develop and maintain:
    • Knowledge articles and internal documentation
    • Facilitator and participant guides
    • Quick reference guides and job aides
    • Learning program descriptions and communications
  • Disseminate complex concepts into concise, accessible, and actionable content.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to extract insights, shape narratives, and ensure accuracy.
  • Continuously refine content based on learner feedback, data, and evolving business needs.

Data Storytelling & Impact Communication

  • Partner with the data analyst to interpret learning metrics and program data.
  • Transform data insights into compelling stories, presentations, and summaries that communicate impact and outcomes.
  • Support program evaluation and improvement by connecting learning data to business priorities.

LMS Support

  • Serve as a backup to the primary LMS administrator.
  • Providing support as needed for configuration, troubleshooting, and user experience as needed.
  • Collaborate with the LMS lead to ensure continuity, reliability, and strong learner experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Adult Education, Learning & Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in L&D, program or project management, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven expertise in facilitating instructor-led training for adult learners
  • Strong background in content writing, editing, and storytelling for learning or business audiences.
  • Knowledge of AI, automation, and digital technologies, with curiosity and initiative to apply them.
  • Experience managing learning programs, course catalogs, or learning ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Naturally curious, solution-oriented, and innovative mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Instructional design skills, especially experience with Articulate or similar e-learning authoring tools.
  • Experience with Zendesk or other enterprise help desk or knowledge management tools.
  • Prior leadership experience in a learning or transformation-focused role.
