Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and operations-savvy Program Insights & Operations Analyst to join our Data-Driven Cleaning (DDC) team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to play a critical role in scaling a technology-enabled transformation in facilities management. You’ll focus on bringing the DDC program to life at pilot locations—turning strategy into execution and insights into outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Drive DDC Execution at Pilot Sites
- Serve as a SME across all aspects of DDC implementation—from discovery to data-backed optimization.
- Partner with site teams to configure and operationalize RelayPro, Simple Scheduler, Butlr sensors, inspection, and dashboards.
- Apply knowledge gained from earlier pilots to guide best practices and avoid common pitfalls.
Champion Data Integrity & Adoption
- Monitor and validate data across time-on-task, inspections, work orders, and people-counting.
- Ensure clean, actionable data is flowing through the system by coaching and supporting operations teams.
- Track compliance and intervene as needed, on-site or remotely, to reinforce data-driven processes.
Design and Prove Hypotheses
- Collaborate with internal teams and site stakeholders to define what success looks like at each pilot site.
- Build and maintain scorecards that measure incremental value from Day 1.
- Translate site-specific objectives into testable hypotheses and validate them using data.
Operational Engagement & Training
- Work closely with unit managers and frontline staff to shift mindsets and build investment in the program’s success. Partner with Operations leadership to develop incentives and recognition programs where needed to reinforce engagement.
- Provide on-site coaching and support as needed to drive adoption of new tools and workflows.
- Establish site-level routines for usage reporting, schedule adjustments, and threshold tuning.
Support AI Model Development
- Play a key role in “training the machine” by helping validate AI-generated recommendations with Ops teams.
- Serve as a bridge between analytics and field teams—ensuring the model evolves based on real-world feedback.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, facilities, hospitality, or similar field
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving real-world problems
- Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to help shape a growing program
- Excellent communicator and coach—especially with frontline staff
- Willingness to travel to pilot sites as needed (up to 25%)
