Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Procurement Analyst to support our procurement operations within Chartwells Higher Education. This role will play a key part in managing vendor agreements, coordinating subcontract renewals, supporting supplier onboarding, and providing data-driven insights to optimize procurement processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and exceptionally skilled in Excel.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the management and administration of vendor agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates
• Track and coordinate subcontract renewals, including maintaining renewal calendars and supporting negotiations
• Support field requests for new suppliers, including intake, evaluation, and onboarding coordination
• Maintain and update supplier records and procurement documentation
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and models to support procurement optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement needs are met efficiently
• Ensure data integrity across procurement systems and reporting tools
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related analytical role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data modeling, etc.) is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with procurement
• Familiarity with contract management processes
• Experience supporting sourcing or supplier management initiatives
