Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of our S/4HANA systems portfolio. In this role, you will partner closely with stakeholders, product teams, and technical leaders to define business-driven solutions that support enterprise-wide initiatives. You will play a key role in driving innovation, delivering value through agile execution, and ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics in alignment with enterprise objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Lead presentations and discussions with business stakeholders and executive leadership to communicate upcoming features, facilitate prioritization decisions, address issues and mitigation strategies, highlight key successes, and foster a transparent, trust-based partnership
  • Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to gather input, define priorities, and translate business goals into Epics and Features.
  • Drive strategic alignment across the product portfolio to ensure consistency and maximum business impact.
  • Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog that aligns with strategic goals and customer needs.
  • Lead the creation, refinement, and validation of Epics and Features that support the product roadmap.
  • Work closely with Technical and Functional Product Managers to define solution designs, business workflows, and high-level architecture for Features.
  • Ensure clear and actionable documentation of business and technical requirements.
  • Prepare and hand off refined Features to Agile teams, ensuring clarity of scope, context, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Team Coaches, Release Train Engineers, and development teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of Features.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for product-related inquiries, decisions, and communications.
  • Regularly update stakeholders and leadership on roadmap progress, feature delivery, risks, and value realization.
  • Facilitate prioritization discussions to align stakeholder expectations with capacity and value delivery
  • Participate in and support key SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
  • Monitor and manage progress against committed objectives, resolving blockers and escalating risks as needed.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach by incorporating feedback into product iterations and continuously seeking ways to improve user experience.
  • Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or computer sciences, preferred
  • 3-5 years of Accounting/Finance experience preferred, preferably in customer-to-cash, procure to pay, or record-to-report value chains.
  • Experience with SAP, specifically FI, SD, MM, IM, EWM, AM, AP, AR, CO or PCA modules; S/4 HANA experience a plus. 
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to define and deliver products that meet customer needs and expectations and achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Strong analytical and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate technical and process information effectively to business and IT stakeholders. 
  • Experience with the tools and technologies, such as ADO and Miro.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Certification as a Safe Agile Product Manager or Safe Agile Practitioner is a plus.
  • Performs analysis and critical thinking required to troubleshoot application-related issues and assist in the resolution.
