Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager with a strong background in financial systems and enterprise finance technology. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities/projects simultaneously, and communicate effectively at the executive level. While technical expertise is a plus, the primary focus is on strategic product leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivering business value through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Own the product lifecycle for an enterprise financial application, from strategy and vision through implementation and continuous improvement.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT to define product requirements and roadmaps.
· Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility.
· Drive modernization efforts, system upgrades, and process automation initiatives
· Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, providing clear updates, roadmaps, and strategic insights.
· Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
· Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ERP and financial systems.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise software, ERP platforms, or finance technology environments.
· Demonstrated success managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
· Strong understanding of core financial processes including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive leadership.
· Technical background or familiarity with system architecture, integrations (APIs), and data flows is a plus.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Confluence).
· Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Experience in large, complex enterprise environments.
