Job Summary
The Project Manager, Strategic Accounts is a high-impact role responsible for driving execution across complex, high-value client engagements. Acting as the central connector between clients, corporate support teams, and field operations, this role ensures that strategic commitments translate into measurable outcomes.
Blending strong project management discipline with technical fluency and data-driven decision-making, this role leverages digital tools, analytics platforms, and systems integration to enhance performance, uncover insights, and elevate the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Commitment Execution
- Own and track all initiatives and deliverables stemming from client business reviews
- Ensure commitments are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
- Proactively identify risks using data signals and drive timely resolution
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the primary liaison between Corporate teams (Finance, HR, IT) and divisional operations
- Align stakeholders, resources, and timelines using collaborative platforms and workflow tools
- Drive accountability and transparency across all partners
Operational Performance & Systems Monitoring
- Partner with field operations to monitor execution using performance dashboards and reporting tools
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps through system-level insights
- Ensure adherence to standardized processes across multi-site environments
Data-Driven Strategy & Insights
- Leverage CRM, BI, and project management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Smartsheet) to analyze performance trends
- Translate complex datasets into actionable strategies that improve outcomes and drive growth
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement
Reporting & Executive Communication
- Develop and deliver data-driven updates to leadership and clients using dashboards and visual reporting tools
- Track KPIs, SOW adherence, and ROI through structured reporting frameworks
- Maintain clear, accessible documentation across systems to ensure visibility and alignment
Project Management & Delivery
- Plan, manage, and execute projects using Agile or hybrid methodologies supported by digital PM tools
- Maintain project visibility through milestone tracking, status reporting, and system-based documentation
- Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality, scope, and timeline expectations
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of project management experience in a client-facing or operations-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to leverage technology platforms to manage projects and analyze performance
- Advanced proficiency with CRM, analytics, and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Smartsheet, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
