Job Summary

As an ESFM Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly positions across ESFM. This role supports day-to-day recruiting activities, partners closely with hiring managers, and leverages the SuccessFactors Applicant Tracking System (PeopleHub) to attract, evaluate, hire, and onboard top talent in a timely and compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process through PeopleHub (SuccessFactors), ensuring all recruiting activities are completed accurately and in accordance with established processes and service level expectations.
  • Process and approve job requisitions, post open positions, manage candidate pipelines, review applications and resumes, interview candidates and shortlist qualified candidates for hiring manager consideration.
  • Conduct requisition intake meetings with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, hiring timelines, and candidate requirements.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, support recruitment marketing efforts, and coordinate hiring events as needed.
  • Pre-screen candidates to identify qualified talent and advance candidates through the hiring process.
  • Facilitate candidate onboarding activities and ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to start date.
  • Lead new hire orientation sessions to provide an engaging and informative onboarding experience.
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of recruiting data within PeopleHub, ensuring proper documentation, reporting, and system compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, record retention requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Serve as a trusted recruitment partner by providing guidance and support to hiring managers on recruiting processes, policies, and system functionality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, team members, and technical support teams to deliver exceptional service and collaboration.
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers and team members on recruiting tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot recruiting system and process issues, independently resolving concerns when possible and escalating as appropriate.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, share best practices, and contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures.
  • Support special projects, initiatives, and additional assignments based on business needs and recruiting priorities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems, preferably SuccessFactors/PeopleHub.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
  • Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or other relevant degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in working as a recruiter or functional professional with relevant technical experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed to support recruitment initiatives, hiring events, onboarding activities, and business operations.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
