Job Summary

The President of Intelas oversees the delivery of all essential services in healthcare technology management solutions that optimize clinical asset management and improve medical equipment performance. Responsibilities encompass setting and executing strategic initiatives, driving innovation in service delivery, and maintaining a steadfast commitment to exceptional patient care and safety. Additionally, the President plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships within the healthcare industry, while also fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement and development. Success in this role demands a deep understanding and background in clinical engineering services, medical equipment management, healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and industry trends, coupled with strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills to position Intelas as a trusted partner improving overall outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivers against company and client financial targets
  • Plans, develops, and implements strategies to increase the sector’s revenue and profits within the organization.
  • Leads divisional operations to ensure labor efficiency, quality, service, and customer and client happiness/retention
  • Achieves/exceeds budget plans along with operational performance targets
  • Drives self and team towards encouraging positive relationships with clients at all levels (local, district, state, national) and achieving key performance indicators
  • Sets tone for culture of organization in the organization and regularly meets with extended team to ensure full visibility, education, safety, accountability, and alignment
  • Can lead through adversity, such as natural disasters, public health crises, or economic downturns, necessitates a proactive and resilient leadership approach.
  • Responding effectively to unforeseen challenges demands agility, crisis management skills, and the ability to mobilize resources swiftly to safeguard operations, protect employee well-being, and maintain service continuity amid disruptions.
  • Serves on the larger Compass Healthcare leadership team, influencing and leading national operations, and regularly communicates with Compass Healthcare peers to share standard processes, mitigate risks, champion diversity, and build community
  • Ability to embrace Compass Healthcare's culture of integrity, empathy, and service excellence, ensuring alignment with the company's values and fostering a culture of inclusion, respect, and collaboration.
  • Partners with Sales and Retention teams to drive strategy for growth, structuring deals, presenting new business, building relationships with prospective clients, and negotiating key contract terms. Also coordinates renewal strategy.
  • Prioritize a "team-first" approach, promoting teamwork, mutual support, and a shared commitment to achieving organizational goals, fostering a cohesive and high-performing team culture across all levels of the organization.
  • Advocates for continued strategic development of client solutions. This includes Information Technology Roadmap, Data Analytics and Program Development.
  • Communicate efficiently with other senior leaders in the organization to ensure alignment between clinical engineering and other departments. Represent the division in meetings, presentations, and communications with partners, both internally and externally.
  • Owns all financial results/P&L, and works with leadership team to ensure 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree preferred, and at least fifteen (15) years dynamic experience in the Clinical Engineering Sector and/or experience in Comprehensive Healthcare Service offerings.
  • Strong understanding and background in clinical engineering services, medical equipment management, and healthcare operations.
  • Senior leadership experience in contract and budget management, customer service, people development, negotiations, etc.
  • Leadership experience leading a services and or a large-scale supplier P&L business of at least $300MM Revenue.
  • Experience in identifying and managing a diligence process and /or transition experience is a plus.
