Job Summary
Enhance group events at Soldier Field as a Catering Bartender, providing premium beverage service to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws.
- Deliver excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Use handheld devices or POS systems to accurately process guest orders and payments.
- Track beverage consumption and monitor yield throughout the event to ensure proper inventory control.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar throughout the event.
- Handle all transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must hold a current ServSafe Food Handling Certification, ServSafe Alcohol Certification, and Illinois BASSET Liquor License.
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (event-driven schedule)
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
This part-time, event-based role is ideal for skilled bartenders with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
