Job Summary

Lead financial strategy and drive operational excellence. As Director of Finance, you will oversee all financial functions for the venue, ensuring fiscal responsibility, accurate reporting, and strategic financial planning. You will partner with operational leadership to optimize profitability, maintain compliance, and uphold Levy standards while supporting business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting leadership experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial reporting systems, and ERP platforms

  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

  • Knowledge of GAAP standards and internal controls

  • Experience managing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, and payroll

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

  • Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts

  • Monitor financial performance and identify variance trends

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations

  • Partner with operational leadership to drive cost controls and profitability

  • Maintain internal controls and audit readiness

  • Submit required financial reports to corporate leadership
