Job Summary
🍽️ Lead the culinary vision and drive excellence in every bite!
As the Director of Food and Beverage, you will set the standard for all food and beverage operations, ensuring premium service and high-impact culinary experiences. You will oversee both front- and back-of-house teams, strategize for operational efficiency, and inspire hospitality innovation across the venue.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in food and beverage leadership

ServSafe or relevant food safety certification
-
Proficiency in financial planning, labor management, and inventory systems
-
Strong knowledge of food safety, alcohol service, and hospitality compliance
Key Responsibilities

Lead all food and beverage operations across the venue

Develop and implement culinary strategies to exceed guest expectations

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and inventory controls

Train and develop culinary and service staff
-
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

Collaborate with executive leadership on venue-wide initiatives
