Job Summary
🛠️ Keep the gears turning and the lights shining!
As the Engineer at The Hand and The Eye, you will ensure that all mechanical, electrical, and facility systems function efficiently and safely. You'll take pride in keeping the venue in top condition through inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Your technical expertise will support the team and enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
-
1+ years of facility maintenance experience

Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
-
Ability to operate power tools and lift up to 50 lbs
-
Familiarity with safety procedures and building codes
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
-
Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
-
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
-
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe condition
-
Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
-
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
