Hospitality Aide - Chicago
Salary: $18/Hr-$22/Hr

Job Summary
The Hospitality Aide is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for all clients, executives, and staff. This role supports daily operations by maintaining public areas, assisting with meetings, and serving as a key point of contact for reception and executive teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level internal and external customer service
• Greet employees and visitors with professionalism, maintaining eye contact and a welcoming demeanor
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all office spaces, including work areas, conference rooms, lobby, and kitchen
• Set up and reset conference rooms for meetings, ensuring furniture is properly arranged and presentable
• Restock office, kitchen, and pantry supplies as needed
• Monitor and remove trash at regular intervals
• Maintain kitchen areas, ensuring sinks are clear and dishwashers are used effectively
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate basic office equipment repairs
• Support vendors (catering, AV, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery
• Provide basic office technology and administrative support
• Follow all security, fire, health, and safety procedures
• Conduct opening and closing walkthroughs as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
• Stay aware of daily business activity and proactively address needs
• Lift and move conference furniture up to 50 lbs as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
• 2 to 3 years of experience in hospitality, client service, housekeeping, or similar environments
• Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to high service standards
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and office equipment knowledge
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to operational excellence
• Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
