Job Summary
✨ Be the face of exceptional hospitality. As a Host/Hostess at The Hand and the Eye, you will welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor, manage seating flow efficiently, and support an outstanding dining experience. You will greet each guest with enthusiasm, maintain an organized front-of-house environment, and ensure every arrival and departure is seamless.
Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience in a guest-facing food service or hospitality role

Proficient with restaurant reservation and POS systems
-
Ability to stand and move for extended periods
-
Basic knowledge of seating layouts and table assignments
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests according to seating charts and flow

Manage waitlists and reservations with accuracy and professionalism

Communicate table availability and timing to service teams
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand
-
Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
-
Support overall front-of-house operations as needed
