Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a senior concessions leader on duty for assigned zones, supporting oversight of multiple stands and high-volume operations during events

Oversee and support inventory accuracy across assigned areas, including counts, transfers, requisitions, and variance resolution

Assist in leading event readiness for assigned areas, including supporting staffing alignment, stand set-up, product levels, equipment readiness, and required signage

Provide leadership and guidance to hourly team members and leads through real-time coaching and reinforcement of Levy service standards

Conduct operational walks during events to identify issues, support corrective actions, and escalate trends or risks to concessions leadership

Assist in ensuring menu board execution and pricing accuracy across concessions locations, supporting consistency of menus, item availability, and pricing during events

Act as an escalation resource for guest concerns, operational challenges, and team member issues within assigned areas

Manage, calculate, and input team member tips and commission information accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper documentation and payroll alignment
Preferred Qualifications:
-
3+ years of food and beverage operations experience, preferably in a stadium, arena, or other high-volume, event-driven environment

Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale or complex concessions operations

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred

Strong knowledge of concessions operations, inventory accuracy, pricing controls, and menu execution

High level of computer literacy, including POS systems, inventory platforms, scheduling, payroll-related tools, and reporting systems

Ability to lead effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure event environments
-
Passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and retail with strong communication and leadership presence
