Job Summary
🍽️ Lead the experience through flavor and service!
As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day culinary and service operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will manage food and beverage execution across concessions, catering, and premium areas while driving efficiency, team development, and operational excellence.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred

3+ years of experience in food and beverage operations
-
Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
-
Experience managing cross-functional foodservice teams
-
Proficiency with inventory, scheduling, and POS systems
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee execution of all food and beverage service areas
-
Manage staffing, scheduling, and team development
-
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
-
Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu planning and execution
-
Monitor guest feedback and ensure premium service standards
-
Drive cost control and inventory accuracy
