As a Concessions Supervisor, you will play an important role in leading event-day operations and supporting the team responsible for delivering quality food and service throughout the venue. From the start of the event through the final moments, this position helps ensure guests enjoy a seamless and memorable game day experience.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy leading teams, staying organized in high-energy environments, and contributing to large-scale event operations.
 
Job Summary:
  • Help lead concession stand operations during athletic events and special events
  • Support and guide team members to deliver fast, friendly service to fans
  • Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met
  • Monitor product levels and assist with inventory to minimize waste
  • Keep stands organized, stocked, and ready for high-volume service
  • Confirm menus and signage are properly displayed
  • Help maintain smooth operations throughout the event

 

Experience/Other Requirements:

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • Customer service or food service experience preferred
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
