Patient Services Manager
Concord, NC | Acute Care Hospital
Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Patient Services Manager to lead our Patient Dining team in Concord, NC. This is a great opportunity for a hospitality, restaurant, or healthcare leader looking to grow with one of the nation’s top healthcare foodservice organizations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, train, and develop the Patient Services team
- Drive patient satisfaction and create a hospitality-focused culture
- Ensure dietary restrictions and physician-ordered diets are followed accurately
- Partner with clinical teams to support patient care and service excellence
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, and performance management
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Joint Commission, and regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate degree with 1+ year of foodservice experience OR bachelor’s degree in hospitality, nutrition, or related field
- Foodservice, restaurant, hospitality, or healthcare leadership experience preferred
- Acute care experience is a plus
- CDM, DTR, or RD preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, EMR systems, and diet office software
