We’re looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations in Concord, NC. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on culinary leader who wants to build a strong team, introduce fresh ideas, and elevate the overall dining experience.
Job Summary:
As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary operations for the account. You’ll lead and develop a team of associates while managing food quality, menu development, costs, inventory, safety, and sanitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and develop the culinary team
- Create exciting, high-quality menus
- Manage food costs, budgets, and account expenses
- Oversee purchasing, production, and inventory
- Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and sanitation
- Introduce new culinary programs in partnership with the marketing and culinary teams
- Bring fresh ideas and help take the operation to the next level
Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree preferred
- Three to five years of culinary management experience
- High-volume food production and catering experience
- Strong knowledge of food costs, purchasing, and inventory
- Proven ability to lead and develop a culinary team
- A passion for great food and creating an outstanding dining experience
- Desire to grow with a top-notch foodservice company
