Project Manager-Marketing & Catering

 

Position Title: PROJECT MANAGER-MARKETING & CATERING, COSTA MESA-CA 

Salary: $110,000-$120,000/annually

Job Summary

As the Project Manager of Marketing & Catering, you will direct, and coordinate marketing and catering projects to ensure business objectives are achieved on time and within budget. While in this role, you will partner cross-functionally to support corporate dining operations, catering programs, and marketing initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables

  • Lead catering and marketing projects, including program rollouts, promotions, and system implementations

  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resources

  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed

  • Document and improve catering and marketing processes

  • Communicate project status across departments proactively

  • Utilize CaterTrax software to support catering project execution and reporting

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 3–5 years of project management experience in corporate dining, foodservice, or catering

  • Required experience using CaterTrax catering management software

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
