Job Summary
Step into the kitchen spotlight! As a Sous Chef, you will assist in leading culinary operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety. You’ll oversee prep and line staff, support menu execution, and help create a memorable dining experience for every guest.
Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Proficiency in cooking techniques and use of commercial kitchen equipment
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Previous supervisory experience in a professional kitchen
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and support line and prep cooks
- Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation
- Manage kitchen stations during service and assist with expediting
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and food storage practices
- Enforce safety and sanitation policies in all kitchen operations
