Job Summary
Salary: $60,00 - $65,000
Shift: Monday-Friday Days (weekend on-call)
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will:
• Perform regular maintenance on the facility including changing light bulbs, carpentry, painting, minor drywall repair, minor plumbing, and tile repair
• Repairing Interior walls, installing drywall for repair or replacement
• Inspect the facility and other structures to detect malfunctions, furniture maintenance and conduct repairs accordingly
• Ad-Hoc duties such as Window and door repairs, mounting curtain poles, track, and fixture shelves
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned
Duties:
• Possess excellent communication skills in English both oral and written
• Valid Driver’s license and a good driving record
• Physical ability to carry out the duties of this position
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and extensive walking around the facility
• Ability to operate related equipment such as manual or electric tools
• Ability to multi-task in a highly volatile work environment
• Ability to work independently as well as get along with others
• Should be highly detail oriented as well as ability to multitask
• Must be aware and or trained on the safe use of equipment, site safety practices, fire prevention and work regulations
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve equipment issues
• Basic hand and power tool proficiency
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and manuals
• Good communication skills to interact with facility staff and report maintenance concerns
• Ability to work independently
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and climbing
• 5% Travel (occasional offsite training)
