Job Summary
Morrison Healthcare is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a fast-paced healthcare dining operation. This role is a true HR generalist position with a strong emphasis on full-cycle recruiting, making talent acquisition a key part of your day-to-day responsibilities. You'll partner with leaders to attract, hire, onboard, and develop top talent while supporting associate relations, engagement, compliance, training, and overall HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and exempt positions, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
Manage the MyOpportunity recruitment process and build strong talent pipelines.
Partner with leaders on associate relations, coaching, performance management, and employee development.
Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
Conduct workplace investigations and provide guidance on corrective action.
Support associate engagement, recognition programs, and retention initiatives.
Deliver HR training and attend leadership meetings to support business initiatives.
Review compensation and status changes to ensure internal equity and consistency.
Monitor HR metrics, compliance reporting, and personnel documentation.
Champion diversity, inclusion, recruiting, and career development initiatives.
Assist with performance review processes and Personal Development Plans.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required;
1+ years of HR Generalist experience, including full-cycle recruiting.
Experience supporting large, multi-site operations preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, performance management, and recruiting best practices.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
