Job Summary



As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the operations of the venue by managing communications, and clerical responsibilities. You’ll help streamline processes, assist leadership with documentation, and ensure the environment always runs smoothly and professionally.
This position is ideal for a proactive individual who excels at multitasking, thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys being part of the behind-the-scenes efforts that create unforgettable experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities:


•    Assist with check-in/check-out, distribute uniforms, manage uniform room
•    Support HR and Operations teams with administrative tasks
•    Coordinate onboarding paperwork and orientation materials
•    Assist with communications during events
•    Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics
•    Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal communications
•    Maintain office filing systems and supply inventory
•    Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries
•    Perform other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:


•    High school diploma or equivalent required
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•    Experience with scheduling software or office communication platforms
•    Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
