Job Summary:
This individual will guarantee the delivery of outstanding service to our client with the end goal of building and sustaining long-term relationship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the backup to the Office Manager, providing support in their absence and ensuring seamless office operations
• Assist the Office Manager in all administrative duties.
• Provides continued high standard of service and communication.
• Research data as needed for internal business reviews/meetings.
• Performs an ongoing relationship with clients and their local teams.
• Leads internal resources to problem solve for issues that have happened in the field.
• Serves as liaison between client and sector to ensure all relevant information is communicated.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills coupled with strong customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to use analytical and intuitive judgment and sound decision making.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer software skills required, specifically in the areas of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
• Two-year college degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
• Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in a client service position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Food & beverage and or client service manager experience.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Must be passionate about providing world class service to our clients and customers.
