Position Title: COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER - Charlotte, NC 

Salary: $80000 - $95000

Job Summary

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Communications Manager who’s passionate about connecting people through clear, compelling internal communications. In this role, you’ll drive initiatives that inform, inspire, and engage Eurest associates—helping to shape culture, strengthen belonging, and elevate the associate experience.

You’ll manage key channels such as the company’s intranet, email marketing, internal storytelling strategies, company webinars and meetings and culture campaigns. Working closely with leaders across the business, you’ll ensure consistent, meaningful communication that reflects Eurest’s values and keeps our teams aligned and inspired.

This is a hands-on, hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC, designed for someone who thrives in a collaborative but entrepreneurial environment and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, on-brand messaging that moves people to action.

Responsibilities:

· Elevate the Associate Experience: Build and execute internal communication strategies that engage associates and build pride in the Eurest brand.

· Manage Core Channels: Oversee the intranet, internal newsletters, and companywide email campaigns assuring messages are relevant, well-timed, and aligned with business goals.

· Lead Internal Storytelling: Develop stories that celebrate Eurest’s people, culture, and purpose, highlighting moments that inspire connection and recognition. This may look like leading an internal recognition program, a compelling video content series or educational campaign on business priorities or standards.

· Drive Culture & Engagement Campaigns: Support companywide initiatives that reinforce Eurest’s mission, values, and focus areas through creative, multi-channel campaigns.

· Support Leadership Communication: Create toolkits, talking points, FAQs and presentation materials that help leaders communicate with clarity and authenticity.

· Measure & Improve: Track engagement, analyze performance metrics, and recommend opportunities to continually enhance communication impact and reach.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mass Communications and/or Journalism

· 5+ years’ of B2B corporate communications or content marketing experience; Presentation of online portfolio demonstrating abilities and past projects required

· Exceptional writing, editing, and visual communication skills

· Strong technical aptitude, current on communication measuring and reporting and social media trends

· Hospitality mindset

· Strong proofreading abilities including attention to detail regarding messaging, audience and tone

· Comfort working with leaders at all levels, translating strategy into clear, human communication

· Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Word Press, and video editing programs a plus

· Must be able to travel up to 30% of the year (including overnights)
