Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of our compliance program with a focus on Ethics and Integrity. Reporting to the Director of Regulatory Compliance, this role is responsible for supporting the organization’s activities to comply with applicable regulatory and legal standards by maintaining documentation, supporting audit readiness, and coordinating compliance tasks across departments. This role plays a critical part in monitoring internal policies, supporting the identification of compliance risks, and ensuring the organization adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Job Summary
· Monitor changes in laws and regulations applicable to the organization
· Partner with business units to support implementation of, and adherence to, compliance policies
· Assist the Compliance Team with updating internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory standards
· Maintain documentation of compliance activities and prepare reports for leadership or regulators, as required
· Support periodic risk assessments to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and coordinate with other Legal teams or HR teams on escalated matters and ensure proper documentation and resolution
· Support internal awareness campaigns related to regulatory topics or compliance initiatives
· Other similar tasks as assigned
Qualifications
· Excellent, proven interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
· Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, excellent time management, and strong organizational skills
· Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Prior use of matter management systems is a plus
· Must be a team player who can easily handle shifting priorities
· Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
· Successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, be a self-starter, and thrive in a professional and fast paced environment. The ability to maintain confidentiality is essential
· Familiarity with basic data analytics and Microsoft Power Platform is a plus but not required
