- We are hiring for a hybrid Contract Recruitment Support Specialist position.
- Location: Compass Group USA. Charlotte, NC. Note: online applications accepted only.
- This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, providing the flexibility to work remotely as well as on-site on a weekly basis.

- Schedule: Full-time schedule. Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- Requirements: At least one year of administrative, talent acquisition, or HR function experience preferred.

Job Summary
The Recruitment Support Specialist is responsible for assisting the Frontline Talent Acquisition Team by posting job requisitions to the Compass Group Careers Page and various external job boards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and approve high volume of job requisitions to be posted to the Compass Careers Page and external job boards.
- Post all assigned requisitions within given SLA of 24 business hours after req submittal in accordance with process standards.
- Demonstrate Posting Best Practices to ensure data integrity of our job postings on the Compass Careers Page and external job boards.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company policies and practices for posting requisitions.
- Assist Recruiting Team with sourcing tasks as time and bandwidth permits.
- Complete other various assignments and projects as warranted by workloads and business priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all requisitions are posted in strict adherence to CGTA best practices and in full compliance with state employment & wage transparency laws.
- Excellent computer and technical skills, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Ability to multi-task while managing and prioritizing high volume of tasks.
- Demonstrates strong time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
