Responsibilities:

Third-Party Solution Portfolio Management

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Foodbuy's third-party member technology solutions—from evaluation and onboarding through performance management and renewal.

  • Partner with member-facing teams to translate feedback into a prioritized pipeline of new solutions, validated through market scans and pilots.

Training Program Leadership

  • Oversee the training strategy, and delivery model for third-party solutions—covering both internal teams and member customers.
  • Lead the team responsible for content development, live and on-demand delivery, and adoption measurement; establish KPIs for training effectiveness (utilization, satisfaction, time-to-proficiency).

Team Management & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team accountable for solution management, member engagement, and training delivery.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and member-centricity; ensure clear roles, performance expectations, and development pathways.

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Identify and cultivate new third-party providers aligned with Foodbuy's strategic priorities and member needs.

  • Partner with Foodbuy Product and Technology teams to ensure integration readiness and operational scalability.

Performance Monitoring & Governance

  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and governance frameworks that track solution adoption, member satisfaction, revenue impact, and training effectiveness.
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership and lead change management efforts to support adoption of new solutions and processes.

Qualifications:
