  • Perform behavioral and threat analysis to identify concerning behaviors and potential risks, developing tailored mitigation and response strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with business unit leaders to ensure security engagements are clearly scoped, well-planned, and executed with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with law enforcement, government agencies, external security resources, and vendors to support investigations and response efforts.
  • Communicate complex and sensitive security matters clearly and effectively to diverse audiences across Compass Group, including executive leadership.
  • Stay current on emerging threats, industry trends, and best practices through collaboration with internal partners and external resources.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience participating in or leading Crisis Management Teams (CMT) or similar enterprise-level response functions.
  • Experience conducting behavioral threat assessments and managing Threat Management Team processes.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise risk assessment methodologies and mitigation planning.
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership and providing risk-based recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in high-risk, sensitive situations.
