Morrison Healthcare is seeking a hands-on Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations and deliver quality meals for patients, guests and hospital staff.

 

HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Lead daily kitchen operations, food preparation and service.

  • Plan menus and maintain consistent taste, portions and presentation.

  • Train, coach and develop your culinary team.

  • Manage inventory, purchasing, production and waste to control costs.

  • Maintain a clean, organized kitchen that meets food safety standards.

  • Partner with leadership to improve service and guest satisfaction.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Five or more years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience.

  • Strong hands-on cooking and team leadership skills.

  • High-volume foodservice experience highly desirable.

  • Knowledge of food production, sanitation, presentation and cost controls.

  • Catering and batch cooking experience a plus.

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience.

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and computer-based tools.

  • ServSafe certification highly desirable.
