Position Title: FINANCIAL ANALYST (HYBRID) - Charlotte, NC
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
Other Forms of Compensation: yearly bonus

Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Create, analyze, and prepare weekly and monthly financial reporting to ensure adherence to budget and forecast, supporting effective decision-making.
- Assist in the development of multi-division budgets and forecast models.
- Support the monthly close process, including multi-unit ledger reviews, preparation of journal entries, and flash reporting.
- Manage monthly invoicing, monitor and follow up on accounts receivables, and complete sector-specific vendor maintenance tasks.
- Review balance sheets and asset listings for accuracy while ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify, implement, and optimize process automation.
- Perform ad hoc analysis, reporting, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI a plus
- Familiarity with SAP, Hyperion/Essbase, PowerPoint and Looker preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective business partnerships across all levels of the organization
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional attitude
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
