Job Summary

 

The Marketing Project and Program Manager is an exciting opportunity to expand your career within the Corporate Marketing team. The Project and Program Manager’s primary role is the implementation and analysis of retail, marketing and innovation solutions that drive revenue and profit in stores and/or foodservice operations.  In this role you will primarily be responsible for researching, collecting and analyzing consumer data insights as well as project management .

 

The successful candidate will play a key role in the development, tracking and analyzing success and organizing project plans for key marketing strategies. The Manager will have a keen ability to formulate partnerships to deliver value added services that reflect specific objectives of the organization. The Project and Program Manager should be a content expert in marketing program execution and implementation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defines project scope, goals and deliverables that support business needs
  • Collect and analyze category insights for cold beverage, hot beverage, snacks, coffee and FOH foods
  • Collect and gathers data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Execution of activities that align to the category strategy including development of promotional programs, category and retail growth analysis, and marketing/customer engagement
  • Analyze business performance and metrics, utilizing data and insights to drive decisions and business results
  • Develop resource tools that catalog all category and market insights
  • Develop performance reporting to identify opportunities for indexing to the market
  • Responsible for system data integrity to ensure information accuracy
  • Execute program strategy to achieve business objectives and delivers strong financial results year over year
  • Support field team in managing the roll-out, implementation and communication of new retail growth programs and provide support on program changes
  • Utilize Distillr, Excel and other data extraction tools to retrieve relevant information
  • Supports teams with sourcing of products and purchasing initiatives 
  • Documents and analyzes information and processes to solve critical business issues
  • Establishes work plan and flow for each phase of project

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Proficient in Excel a must 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Individual to focus on project management in relation to ongoing and future marketing projects 
  • Must have excellent organization skills, including effective time management and sense of urgency
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Previous Hospitality experience is highly preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, One Note, Word and Power Point
  • Proven ability to address competing priorities with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Able to manage multiple projects at a time with sharp organizational skills
