Job Summary

The Opportunity

Eurest is seeking a Multimedia Producer, a creative, organized, and highly skilled visual storyteller who can make people feel something through powerful video, photography, and motion design. Reporting to the Vice President of Communications, this person will work closely with Eurest and ESFM teams to concept, produce, and deliver high-impact visual stories that celebrate our people, showcase our culinary innovation, and elevate our digital brand presence across multiple platforms and audiences.

 

No two days will look the same. From executive video messages to cinematic food photography, community impact stories to national campaign launches, this role blends artistry, technical expertise, and project management excellence to bring the Eurest brand to life.

 

What You’ll Do

· Lead all photography and video production projects to delivery, including storyboarding, shooting, editing, and post-production.

· Create visually stunning and strategically aligned content, including food photography, headshots, interviews, and corporate storytelling videos.

· Develop and manage motion graphics, animations, and other digital visuals to enhance brand storytelling.

· Collaborate across communications, marketing, culinary, and operations teams to support internal and external campaigns.

· Manage contractors, freelancers, and vendors to ensure quality, efficiency, and brand consistency across all assets.

· Maintain and organize the company’s photo and video libraries supported by Brandfolder, ensuring accessibility, organization and proper asset management.

· Establish and uphold visual standards, style guides, and quality controls to ensure all content aligns with brand strategy.

· Support video production for executive communications, virtual events, and other digital storytelling initiatives.

· Oversee photo/video equipment inventory, maintenance, and upgrades.

What You Bring

· 7+ years of professional experience in video production, photography, and editing — ideally in a B2B or corporate environment.

· Proven track record in food photography, corporate storytelling, and motion graphics.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and related tools); Final Cut Pro experience a plus.

· Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience managing contractors and multiple concurrent projects.

· Knowledge of modern post-production workflows, lighting techniques, and camera systems.

· Ability to maintain a digital asset catalog and develop scalable content systems.

· Ability to travel up to 30% of the year.

· A portfolio of polished, professional work demonstrating your creative range is required
