Job Summary

The Power Platform Manager drives operational innovation through automation, AI agents, and modern business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, with a strong focus on Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps. This role identifies business challenges, designs creative solutions, and develops scalable tools that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and modernize how teams operate.

The ideal candidate is analytical, solutions-oriented, and passionate about building practical automation and AI-driven solutions that solve real business problems and create measurable operational impact.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, build, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and related Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

· Develop AI agents, copilots, business applications, and intelligent workflow solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.

· Collaborate directly with stakeholders to identify business challenges and rapidly develop scalable solutions.

· Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, or redesign existing business processes.

· Integrate solutions across Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and related platforms.

· Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows, applications, and AI solutions to ensure reliability and adoption.

· Evaluate emerging AI and automation capabilities to continuously improve business operations and workflows.

· Provide guidance and support to end users on automation tools and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

· 2–5 years of experience in workflow automation, process improvement, business technology, or operational optimization.

· Strong experience building solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.

· Experience developing AI agents, copilots, or conversational solutions using Copilot Studio or similar platforms.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform technologies and Microsoft 365 integrations.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

· Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

· Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions with minimal oversight.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.

· Experience with Power BI or business reporting tools is a plus.
