Job Summary:
The Frontline Premium Recruiter provides strategic recruiting support to Compass Group locations requiring additional assistance with frontline hiring. This role partners closely with hiring managers to drive efficient hiring processes, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and support accounts through recruitment strategy, onboarding, training, and onsite hiring initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles.
- Review, screen, and qualify candidates in accordance with established service standards.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, maintaining consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Extend offers on behalf of hiring managers and guide candidates through pre-employment, onboarding, and hiring milestones.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and provide recommendations based on hiring data, market trends, and best practices.
- Create, post, and manage job requisitions while ensuring organizational structures and position requests are accurate.
- Maintain recruiting metrics and documentation, including candidate activity, interviews, offers, hires, account support, and project outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, communication, and overall hiring efficiency.
- Coordinate, market, and facilitate onsite hiring events, recruitment fairs, open interviews, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
- Travel to support client accounts with onsite recruiting activities, hiring events, onboarding, recruiter and hiring manager training, process implementation, and other operational staffing initiatives as needed.
- Build strong partnerships with Talent Acquisition, HR, Operations, New Business, and other internal stakeholders to deliver recruiting solutions aligned with business needs.
- Identify accounts that would benefit from additional recruiting support and proactively recommend service solutions.
- Travel required up to 25% of fiscal year.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
