Job Summary

The Process Intelligence Specialist improves operational efficiency through workflow automation, data analysis, process standardization, and AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Excel, Power BI, and related tools. This role identifies manual or repetitive processes, designs automated workflows, and develops data-driven tools that improve accuracy, reduce processing time, and support operational decision-making. The position works closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable automation, reporting, and AI-assisted solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, manual tasks, and opportunities for automation and optimization.

· Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.

· Develop advanced Excel-based solutions including dashboards, structured data models, Power Query transformations, and automation features.

· Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide insights into operational performance and process efficiency.

· Standardize data collection, reporting, and workflow processes to improve consistency and reliability.

· Integrate Power Automate workflows with Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and Power BI.

· Leverage AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem to enhance automation workflows and operational analytics.

· Design AI-assisted processes that automate tasks such as document processing, classification, and data extraction.

· Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows and reporting solutions to ensure reliability and performance.

· Provide training and guidance to stakeholders and end users on automation tools, reporting solutions, and standardized processes.

 

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

· 2–5 years of experience in process improvement, workflow automation, operational analytics, or business process optimization.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, Power Query, and data analysis tools.

· Experience building and maintaining flows in Microsoft Power Automate.

· Experience developing dashboards and reports in Power BI.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with operational data.
