Responsibilities:

  • Performing all PeopleHub activities associated with open requisitions in accordance with the established process standards and requirements, utilizing PeopleHub to drive the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes:
  • Processing and approving of job requisitions, posting open jobs, managing applicant pools, viewing of resumes and moving them forward by short-listing in accordance with SOPs to recommend qualified candidates to managers for interviews, and reviewing pre-screening results.
  • Responsible for the data integrity of PeopleHub recruiting system associated with the assigned activities, reporting and analysis.
  • Ensuring compliance with state/federal laws and company policies and practices for PeopleHub compliance, records retention and reporting metrics.
  • Responding to managers’ calls and e-mails, providing advice and counsel on PeopleHub recruiting system and process requirements, policies and procedures.
  • Building of sustainable relationships  – effectively interact  and collaborate with customers, team-members and  technical teams, provide training for managers, and training and back-up coverage for team-members as required.
  • Troubleshooting of issues – identify and resolve the root cause issues independently and in partnership with technical teams, and escalate as required.
  • Suggestions on process improvement opportunities of the recruitment and selections processes, best- practice sharing, and procedure creation/update for any process changes within area of responsibility.
  • Completion of various assignments and projects as warranted by workloads and business priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or other relevant degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in working as a recruiter, HR generalist or functional professional with relevant technical experience.
  • Experience in agency recruitment with high volume background strongly preferred. 
  • Must have a proven track record of recruiting, multi-tasking and driving for results in a high volume and fast paced environment.
  • Computer skills including intermediate level proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excel experience is a plus 
  • Applicant tracking system experience; knowledge of SAP/SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Strong desire for continual learning and process improvements with passion about technology.
  • You are curious and a problem solver who uses technology to enhance the process while working in a collaborative team environment.
