Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and consultative recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, with a focus on identifying and hiring top talent for Finance, Accounting roles across our Business & Industry sectors.
In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to regional leadership, hiring managers, and HR, supporting strategic hiring initiatives, building pipelines of qualified talent, and delivering a high-touch candidate experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong business acumen and a passion for recruiting specialized, salaried talent in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Finance and Accounting roles (e.g., Controllers, FP&A Analysts, AP/AR, Financial Systems).
- Post and maintain job ads across internal systems and external platforms.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through social media, talent communities, referrals, and industry networks.
- Conduct behavioral and technical phone screens to assess qualifications and fit for Finance/Accounting functions.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers, schedule interviews, and guide selection decisions.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide guidance on job specs, compensation, market trends, and hiring strategies.
- Track and manage candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
- Support and maintain diversity-focused sourcing strategies.
- Provide ongoing reporting of pipeline status, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Business Leaders, HR, Finance) to ensure alignment on hiring priorities.
- Maintain strong candidate and client communication throughout the process, ensuring a positive experience for all parties.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (Finance/Accounting recruiting strongly preferred).
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally supporting corporate/functional roles such as Finance, Accounting, or Analytics.
- Experience qualifying candidates in accordance with OFCCP and EEOC compliance standards.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, pipeline management, and developing search strategies.
- Experience working within an ATS & CRM tools
- Ability to build trust and credibility with senior hiring leaders across corporate functions.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and candidate tracking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both written and verbal.
- High sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
