- Manage and oversee the Threat Management Team process for sector-level incidents, including coordination, assessment, tracking, and follow-through.
- Perform behavioral and threat analysis to identify concerning behaviors and potential risks, developing tailored mitigation and response strategies.
- Collaborate closely with business unit leaders to ensure security engagements are clearly scoped, well-planned, and executed with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with law enforcement, government agencies, external security resources, travel security providers, and vendors to support investigations, traveler assistance, and response efforts.
- Partner with travel, human resources, legal, and business leaders to maintain and enhance duty-of-care processes, ensuring the organization can locate, communicate with, and support affected travelers during emergencies, security incidents, and disruptive events.
- Communicate complex and sensitive security matters clearly and effectively to diverse audiences across Compass Group, including executive leadership.
- Stay current on emerging threats, travel risk trends, geopolitical developments, and industry best practices through collaboration with internal partners and external resources.
- Lead and support corporate travel security and duty-of-care programs, including traveler risk assessments, intelligence monitoring, pre-travel guidance, incident response coordination, and support for employees impacted by security events while traveling domestically and internationally.
