Job Summary

Eurest is seeking a strategic, polished and highly effective Senior Communications Manager to lead and elevate our external communications efforts. This role is responsible for shaping and executing a multi-channel communications strategy that strengthens Eurest’s reputation, supports business growth, enhances executive visibility and positions the company as a leader in workplace hospitality. This leader will oversee external communications strategy and crisis communications response while spearheading media relations, thought leadership, conferences and awards, leadership brand advocacy, executive communications and community relations. The right candidate is both a strategist and an executor — someone who can see around corners, advise senior leaders with confidence, and deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Do

· Develop and execute integrated communications plans that align with company goals and reflect a strong understanding of client, industry, media, leadership and community stakeholders.

· Support Eurest’s crisis communications readiness and response for external-facing issues, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate and well-aligned communications.

· Spearhead proactive media relations strategy, including story development, media pitching, relationship-building and issue management with trade, business and other relevant outlets.

· Drive thought leadership efforts that position Eurest and its leaders as credible voices in workplace dining, hospitality, foodservice, workforce experience and related industry topics.

· Own the awards strategy and calendar by identifying high-value opportunities, developing compelling submissions and increasing external recognition for the brand and its leaders.

· Support and shape executive communications, including messaging, talking points, speeches, articles, op-eds and strategic content tied to business priorities and brand positioning.

· Build community relations communications that reinforce Eurest’s values, strengthen local and national reputation, and connect business priorities with meaningful impact.

· Partner effectively across communications, marketing, operations, HR, culinary, sales and leadership teams to surface stories, align messaging and drive execution.

· Track, analyze and report on communications performance, using results and insights to refine plans, strengthen campaigns and improve impact over time.

What You Bring

· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.

· 8+ years of experience in external communications, corporate communications, public relations or related fields.

· At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience, with a demonstrated ability to guide others, influence cross-functional partners and drive work forward through collaboration.

· Strong experience in B2B communications, ideally within hospitality, foodservice, workplace experience, professional services or another complex, matrixed business environment.

· Experience leading or supporting crisis communications and reputation management in a fast-moving environment.

· Exceptional writing, editing and message development skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences, channels and leadership styles.

· Strong executive presence and judgment, with the ability to advise senior leaders and manage sensitive or high-visibility communications with confidence.

· Demonstrated ability to measure communications impact, interpret campaign performance and adjust strategy based on results.

· Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality, clarity or attention to detail.
