Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data flow into and through various technology platforms.  Duties may include on-boarding new business partners, creation of master data, linkage to master data, and root cause analysis to support the Foodbuy revenue tracking model, and to drive key analytics and business initiatives.  This position is responsible for training and mentoring others within their team. Additionally, this role is responsible for developing efficiencies and producing reports for all levels of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain master data.
  • Review and enhance process efficiencies and documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy of inbound data through analysis and troubleshooting
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to elevate team offerings.
  • Ensure accuracy of contract data, build an in-depth understanding of contract terms and devise solutions to improve accuracy and maximize efficiency.
  • Train and mentor coordinators & specialists, including validation of their work product.
  • Resolve customer challenges related to data.
  • Report team related metrics.
  • Root cause analysis & problem solving
  • Capability to lead a specific function as a subject matter expert

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • 1-2 years Distribution, foodservice or master data management experience preferred.
  • Prior experience with contractual terms is preferred.
  • Sense of urgency and excellent customer service skills
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Microsoft Excel experience including pivots and lookups.
  • Power BI and/or SQL knowledge may be preferred.
