Job Summary
We’re seeking a Senior Communications Specialist who’s passionate about connecting people through clear, compelling internal communications. In this role, you’ll drive initiatives that inform, inspire, and engage Eurest associates—helping to shape culture, strengthen belonging, and elevate the associate experience.
This position is focused solely on internal communications. You’ll manage key channels such as the intranet, email marketing, internal storytelling, and culture campaigns. Working closely with leaders across the business, you’ll ensure consistent, meaningful communication that reflects Eurest’s values and keeps our teams aligned and inspired.
This is a hands-on, hybrid role (four days in office, one day remote) based in Charlotte, NC, designed for someone who thrives in a collaborative but entrepreneurial environment. This position may require travel up to 20% percent of the time as well as occasional after-hours events.
What You’ll Do
· Elevate the Associate Experience: Design and execute internal communication strategies that engage associates and build pride in the Eurest brand.
· Manage Core Channels: Oversee the intranet, internal newsletters, and companywide email campaigns ensuring messages are relevant, well-timed, and aligned with business goals.
· Lead Internal Storytelling: Develop stories that celebrate Eurest’s people, culture, and purpose, highlighting moments that inspire connection and recognition.
· Drive Culture & Engagement Campaigns: Support companywide initiatives that reinforce Eurest’s mission, values, and focus areas through creative, multi-channel campaigns.
· Support Leadership Communication: Create toolkits, talking points, FAQs and presentation materials that help leaders communicate with clarity and authenticity.
· Measure & Improve: Track engagement, analyze performance metrics, and recommend opportunities to continually enhance communication impact and reach.
What We’re Looking For
· A Skilled Communicator: Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong sense of voice, clarity, and tone across a range of formats.
· An Internal Comms Strategist: Proven experience managing intranets, newsletters, and internal campaigns that drive engagement and alignment.
· A Connector of People: Energized by creating a sense of belonging, community, and shared purpose among a diverse workforce.
· A Creative Planner: Able to transform business priorities into fresh, actionable content that connects with associates at all levels.
· A Trusted Partner: Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working with senior leaders to shape messaging and execution.
· Experience: 3–5 years in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications (experience in hospitality, foodservice, or corporate environments a plus).
