Job Summary:
The Senior Project Manager will design, implement and oversee end-to-end controls for our sustainability metrics (including Scope 1, Scope 2, Scope 3 emissions, food waste and animal welfare). - Consolidate data across multiple files/systems and departments (e.g., operations, supply chain, procurement, finance) using Excel lookup functions, pivot analyses and variance checks.
- Conduct thorough quality control reviews of submitted data: identify anomalies, duplicates, inconsistencies, missing inputs, and ensure data integrity before final submission.
- Perform year-over-year variance analysis across sustainability metrics, flagging significant movements (e.g., >10%) and preparing commentary/explanations for leadership.
- Engage with business partners throughout the organization to collect, review, validate and reconcile data. Establish strong partner relationships and data ownership.
- Present findings, dashboards and summary reports to leadership for approval, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Drive the implementation of new controls, automation opportunities, and process improvements to streamline future reporting cycles.
- Act with a strong sense of urgency to meet firm annual deadlines for sustainability reporting, ensuring all milestones are tracked and met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Analytics, Accounting or related field.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex data clearly to senior leadership.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for data quality.
- Proven collaborator: ability to influence without direct authority and to build trusted relationships across different functions.
- Familiarity with sustainability metrics (Scope 1/2/3 emissions, food waste, animal welfare)
