Job Summary
The Analyst, Third-Party Compliance supports Compass Group North America’s Third Party Compliance program by assisting with due diligence and risk management activities across the third-party lifecycle. This role partners closely with the Third Party Compliance team to help ensure processes are followed, documentation is complete, and compliance requirements are met.
This is a detail-oriented, execution-focused role responsible for supporting due diligence reviews, monitoring activities, and maintaining accurate records to support compliant onboarding and management of third parties.
What You’ll Do
- Support third-party due diligence activities, including intake, screening, and documentation of risk assessments
- Assist in ensuring required compliance steps are completed prior to onboarding, contract execution, renewals, and payments
- Conduct initial integrity screenings (e.g., sanctions, watchlists, adverse media) using established tools and processes
- Help gather and review documentation for higher-risk third parties, including questionnaires and supporting materials
- Support ongoing monitoring activities, including reviewing alerts and maintaining appropriate documentation
- Escalate potential risks or concerns to senior team members for review and guidance
- Partner with Procurement and business stakeholders to help reinforce compliance requirements in sourcing processes
- Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready documentation for all third-party reviews
- Assist with internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in business, compliance, risk management, legal studies, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in compliance, risk, procurement, audit, or related fields
- Basic understanding of third-party risk, due diligence, or compliance concepts preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow defined processes
- Effective communicator who can collaborate across teams
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
- Hybrid work schedule
