Job Summary

•    Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and implement reporting and process solutions aligned with business needs.
•    Retrieve, integrate, and synthesize data from multiple sources to support strategic decision making.
•    Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and deliver high quality work in a dynamic environment.
•    Develop and execute database queries and perform advanced analytical assessments.
•    Create queries, dashboards, and visualizations for ad hoc and recurring reporting needs.
•    Apply analytical and statistical methods to solve complex business problems and guide decision making.
•    Automate business processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
•    Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, analytics models, and reporting tools.
•    Serve as a Power Platform champion by identifying automation and time saving opportunities, developing streamlined solutions, and training team members to expand departmental proficiency.
•    Partner with accounting, AR, and business partner master data teams to support operational needs.
•    Contribute to accounting integrations/divestitures and other ad hoc projects as required.
•    Promote compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and performance measures.
•    Support SAP S4 deployment activities, including data validation, testing, reporting updates, and post go live stabilization.

 

 

Qualifications


•    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology preferred.
•    4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, or process improvement.
•    Proficiency in SAP ECC; SAP S4 experience strongly preferred.
•    Advanced skills in Microsoft Access and Excel; proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform including Power BI.
•    Experience with High Radius, Data Workbench, and Precisely Automate preferred.
•    Strong understanding of business accounting principles and working capital impacts.
•    Demonstrated success driving change and process improvements.
•    Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across all organizational levels.
•    Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment.
•    Strong analytical, problem solving, and independent working skills.
•    Collaborative mindset with a positive, team oriented approach.
•    Ability to work flexible hours during close periods and S4 deployment cycles.
