Job Summary
Lead the charge in redefining hospitality! As Vice President of Hospitality Strategy, you will design and drive strategic initiatives that elevate the guest experience, streamline operations, and shape the future of hospitality at the venue. You will collaborate with executive leadership, analyze performance metrics, and spearhead innovative service models tailored to our guests and clients.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
-
7+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality or venue management
-
Proficiency with financial analysis and strategic planning
-
Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations
-
Experience implementing and managing high-impact initiatives
Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic planning initiatives across all hospitality departments

Evaluate performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
-
Collaborate with senior leaders to align guest services with company goals

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and operational efficiencies

Ensure service standards are consistent with brand expectations

Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
