Position Title: REMOTE SECTOR COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER 

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

Pay Grade: 13 

Other Forms of Compensation: NONE

Job Summary

 


ESFM is looking for a dynamic, effective and experienced Sector Communications Specialist with a passion for communications and engagement. Reporting to the COE Compliance Director, the Sector Communications Specialist is a key contributor to ESFM owning the execution of communication strategies and tactics that engage ESFM associates and empower them to do their best work and make a positive difference for their teammates, their clients and their communities.
Additionally, this person will be able to exercise creativity and innovation by working as a key contributor to ESFM's employee engagement.

 

This position is a remote position with 20% travel.


Responsibilities


Oversee daily operations and content distribution within the ESFM employee engagement app.
Ensure the platform delivers timely updates, shares critical company information, and promotes cultural engagement.
Design and implement communication initiatives that strengthen associate understanding of company strategy, values, and culture.
Coordinate and host organizational webinars, create communication toolkits, and develop messaging that cascades effectively across all management levels.
Create and manage communication campaigns that highlight company culture, business success stories, and associate achievements.
Support corporate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility goals through targeted storytelling efforts.
Contribute to the ongoing development and content management of ESFM communications.
Partner with stakeholders to maintain accurate, engaging, and accessible resources for associates.
Partner with SMEs across departments to source, develop, and refine content.
Ensure communications are accurate, impactful, and aligned with organizational goals.
Continuously assess communication effectiveness using metrics and feedback.
Recommend improvements and innovative approaches to strengthen employee engagement and communication impact.


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mass Communications, Journalism or Marketing
3+ years managing website content optimization and working for a B2B organization; experience working for a facilities management, corporate real estate company preferred
Presentation of online portfolio demonstrating abilities and past projects required
Strong technical aptitude, current on communication measuring and reporting
Excellent written and verbal skills, attention to detail
Works proactively, with integrity and a positive mindset
Values relationships and actively works to maintain trust in relationships
