Job Summary
Summary: As an Accounts Receivable Intern, you will work closely with our Accounts Receivable Manager in answering any inquiries from our locations; Wrigley Field, Wrigley Rooftops, Wrigley Field - DraftKings Sportsbook, and our Retail stores.
Responsibilities:
- Obtaining sales receipts in various to provide to requesting customers.
- Reviewing customer refund requests and tracking refunds completed
- Communicating with our customers via phone and email to obtain additional information
- Some support to accounting team on day-to-day data entry tasks.
- Working with Smartsheet tracking
Qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled and pursuing a College or University degree in either Business, Finance or Accounting.
- Attention to detail and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong communication skills
- Some knowledge in Excel and Adobe, preferable knowledge of Smartsheet
- Customer Service experience
